 Post subject: D2 air to coil conversion...

Jack up rear axle as high as poss
Remove wheels
Support chassis, using big ass axle stands
I cut the air hose right off from the top of bag, they are u/s now anyway !
Remove 2 clips from top of spring seat
Compress air bag
Twist air bag 90 degrees and remove (yup, that easy...)
Jack axle up a bit, remove lower damper pin
Tap 10mm x 1.5 holes in axle
Bolt in lower spring plate
Drop axle back down
I used coil compressors to put springs in..
Remove A.C.E levellers off trailing arms and chassis, zip tie loom and plugs
Bolt lower damper pin back in
Repeat other side..
Disconnect compressor by removing 2 dzus pins from cover, remove electric connectors

Go to Autologic and tell the ecu it's running coils !
Voila...Jobs a fish !
