OME Springs are obviously sided, which side do the slightly longer ones go on OS or NS?

Also I presume OME 761 are no good for the front of my Disco but 763's are for the rear?

Waiting for your excellent knowledge to enlighten me :salute:

The technical reference in the plain english edition of Rave

"In order to ensure springs are correctly fitted, take your other half down the park. Both of you get on the see-saw. Who ever has there ass on the grass will then be identified as the owner of "ard as nails" spring. Caution :- safety procedures should be followed in alighting the see-saw "

Does that help? :laughing6:

There isn't a rule of thumb with this. OME springs are designed with the car in mind. On some this will make the drivers side longer, on others the passenger side.
On a new spring there is a part number label with A & B prinyed on. The A side is the drivers side and the B spring is the passengers side.

I can't remember my spring rate detail without consulting my bible.
I'll have a look in the morning and come back to you on this one
So i take it you have a set of 761's and 763's?
I'll check the spring data in the morning, that will give me the free heights of the springs so we can identify which is the A or B.
